We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

The Nature of Vintage
The items in our collection are one-of-a-kind vintage and antique pieces, many of them irreplaceable. Because each item is unique, no two are alike, and the value of our inventory depends on being able to stand fully behind every piece we sell.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our inventory and to safeguard both parties against fraudulent returns, item switching, and damage that can occur in transit back to us. We take authenticity and condition seriously, and we ask that you do too.
No Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for items that arrive as described. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, delayed delivery, or buyer's remorse. We do not process exchanges or offer store credit in lieu of a refund.
If an item arrives damaged due to a shipping incident, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Shipping damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis through the carrier's insurance, not through a return or refund.
Due Diligence is Yours
We strongly encourage every buyer to ask questions, request supplementary photographs, and thoroughly review all condition notes before completing a purchase. Our team is responsive and happy to assist in making sure an item is right for you.
Once payment is confirmed, the transaction is considered complete and final.
